THIS JUST IN FROM COOL KID PRODUCTIONS :
Stand-up comedian Andy Andrist will be travelling cross-country from his hometown of Eugene, Oregon and will be performing a trio of shows in the southeast (Athens, Atlanta, and Chattanooga) in conjunction with the world premier of a new documentary film that follows Andrist on the road with a half-dozen other like-minded comedians collectively known as “The Unbookables”.
Consistently tackling taboo subjects, searing language, and a thoroughly bleak and pessimistic outlook on life has so far kept Andrist from becoming a household name, although his unique, uncompromising approach has earned the accolades of comedy veterans like Doug Stanhope, Jim Norton, and Paul Provenza.
GYPSY FARM is gearing up to make it’s third release, a compilation of recordings from our studio ranging from 2008-2012. Plans for Vinyl and CD are underway.
While the boys over in the studio sector of GF are keeping awefully quiet about this one, no release date has been made available as of yet but we are told that the compilation will be presented under the name of “GYPNOSIS” and feature 5 bands, including two new tunes from THE HUMMS! Stay TOON’d
