The song titled "Perfect Day" recalls the adventures of an individual from pre-sunrise and climaxes into all the fixings of the perfect day. During a last minute meeting with all artists on the GF roster, it was decided as of now and throughout next week, Gypsy Farm will donate 100% of all online sales from Bandcamp to the Northeast Georgia Food Bank. "For every $1 the Food Bank receives, we are able to distribute 4 meals." a representative at NEGFB said. Uncle Goo returns to Athens, GA / Ancient Ethel begins Southeastern US tour.
The undisputed champion of country strange, Uncle Goo will return to Athens, GA on March 15th with his band, The Country Dragons (members of The Humms, Shoal Creek Stranglers) and play a special Sunday show at the World Famous bar for any and all patrons whom opt on staying in town during the SXSW season. Goo will be joined by fellow psychedelic surfers, Outersea (members of Hot Fudge, Lydia Brambila) and gypsy garage rockers, Ancient Ethel - the latter of which just embarked on a 12-date southeastern tour of the US beginning tonight at Fleetwoods in Asheville, NC and rolling on through March 19th at Augusta's beloved Soul Bar.

Founded in 1961 by husband & wife, Alton & Bertha Mae Walters, the Shoal Creek Music Park continues today to host the origins of many a Country music legend & tales, such as Johnny Cash rolling out Folsom Prison Blues, Dolly Parton shaving her legs on the banks of Shoal Creek, (allegedly with Porter Wagoner’s razor), Conway Twitty performing to a crowd of 6,000 fans or Jerry Lee Lewis pushing a loaner piano off of the stage.

As the 10-year anniversary of the HUMMS' debut LP "Lemonland" approaches, few were surprised to see a sudden restock of the original 45rpm single titled "Don't Think About Death" b/w "Buttermilk/Uncle Sam Took My Baby Away".
